The director, after 31 years of trading has brought the Legal & Financial service together under the family firm name. The company has a back-office team of experienced staff and their own offices in Devon & Somerset. He wants to grow the company to further serve his clients.

They are now looking for employed or self-employed Independent Financial Advisers to work from their Prestigious Taunton offices. This position has the flexibility to work from the office and from home. They are looking to go against the norm of other financial advisers, offering both high quality holistic financial advice and estate planning through to their legal service offering. They believe this is not just for high-net-worth individuals but for everyone, they feel all of their clients deserve the best quality advice.

To become one of their Financial and or Legal Advisers, you must be hard working, dynamic, hungry & flexible. You must be able to deliver high quality advice, getting to know and understand your client’s requirement and put plans in place to meet their requirements and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and be fully Level 4 qualified. You must be capable of bespoke planning to meet clients ever changing needs, to help plan, create and maintain their wealth and provide long term Estate planning.

As an IFA, your role will be to do what you do best… holistic client engagement (supported digitally) with Complete Independence of advice with centralised research and report writing software to enable to efficiently, Fact Find and provide Solutions that are best for your clients.

The successful adviser will be good at self-generating clients as well dealing with  quality leads generated from our internal team. You’ll have access to some of the best back office systems, an established and experienced administration and case handling team. The support you will receive includes appointment booking into your diary, post-sale document production, and business submission. This is to assist you in making the most of the earning potential, allowing you to fully focus on serving your clients. This is a hybrid model, with full office and home working setups provided so you can work in a flexible manner to ensure a good work life balance.

To be successful it’s essential that you are a driven adviser, this is not your conventional type of financial adviser role. We aim to provide a very high standard of bespoke services to our clients, building term relationships.

As such the company need to know that the successful candidate has the ability and competency to handle this level work, to be trained to take on legal services work dealing with Wills, Trusts, Tax, Probate, Powers of Attorney so we can provide our clients with long term planning solutions. The company are looking for advisers with excellent interpersonal skills, in depth knowledge of the Financial Advice sector, the ability to give fully regulated and compliant advice Face to Face, over the telephone and by correspondence.

In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary, bonus and additional perks for working for such a forward-thinking company.

If you would prefer to be self-employed, we offer a very generous fee share agreement and a practice buy out plan if you wish to retire.
